At the heart of this proposal is a brand new 24-story residential building located at 1342 N.W. 22nd Street. This spot sits on an impressive 1.17 acres and includes properties at 1330 and 1342 N.W. 22nd St. as well as 2186 N.W. 13th Ave. Currently occupying this prime real estate are two old warehouses that have been around for over 80 years and total about 27,836 square feet. But don’t get too attached! These warehouses are slated for demolition as the developers aim to pave the way for exciting new apartments.
The project is quite ambitious, totaling 490,578 square feet and designed to feature 400 residential units. These units will come in a variety of sizes, ranging from cozy 335 square feet all the way up to spacious 1,150 square feet.
